Melvin M. Maclin II, MD
Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer -
Dr. Maclin is board-certified plastic surgeon and a graduate of Howard University College Of Medicine.  Dr. Maclin brings his many years of advanced clinical expertise and software engineering background to the design and development of IMS products.  Dr. Maclin has designed and developed advanced clinical software for PDA devices for many years.

Vernon P. Germano, MS
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer -
Mr. Vernon Germano is a highly regarded leader in the mobile device and cellular phone software market.  With over fifteen years commercial product leadership experience Mr. Germano directs commercial software  development for industry and has provided many mission critical systems for government and military customers.  Mr. Germano's industry experience includes serving as  product architect and Vice President of Engineering for Mobile Armor, Inc, and as a professional manager and lead engineer for Fortune 500 companies including Bristol- Myers Squibb, Fruit of the Loom, IBM and others.
Mr. Germano holds several patents for mobile device security and data communications and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems.  From time to time Mr. Vern Germano appears as a guest speaker for computer industry conferences and as a guest lecturer for colleges and universities.
